The kids from Patton are very good players.

Also from Enka, Dale Innes, can swing it and throw it, mid 80's (guesstimate) with a nasty "2" Sophmore

From TC Roberson, McKeithan (sp?) long, rangy SS with a big arm and a good bat. Has tools! Sophmore

Asheville High: William Head, SS and P, quality pitcher that gets better everytime I see him. Good SS with leadoff hitter mentallity. Someone is going to get a very good 2 way player with this kid. Junior

Hayesville: Tyler Vaughn, 2B. Not overly fast, solid defensively with a good arm, can also catch. I have seen alot of great HS hitters and I have never seen a better contact hitter, period. He does not swing and miss and stays back to hit oppo very well. Solid line drive hitter. Junior

Murphy: Tyler Coker, LH 1B with just raw power. Hit 5 or 6 jacks as a freshman at the varsity level. Has some things to learn about hitting, like the field has 2 halves, but power is massive. sophmore

I know there are alot more that I don't know of but I see some of these kids a few times a year and have been impressed. Some kids I didn't know there names as well.
