    Team A punts from the end zone. Kick is high and ball goes just past line of scrimmage and bounces back into the end zone. Ball is not touched until team A player falls on ball in the end zone. What is the ruling?

    Safety?

    Team A gets ball on the 20 as a touchback?

    Other ruling?

    It is a safety, team preforms a safety punt to the other team........

    :hihi: I'm thinking you need to look for a new kicker....

    Seriously though, if no one touches it, and the kicking team recovered it in their own endzone, that would mean it was downed at that spot just like any other kick that is downed by the kicking team. Since you can't spot it in the endzone for the receiving team I would think it has to be a safety.
