XPE Pre-season baseball speed camps @ Champions Baseball Academy

    There are only a few weeks left until the start of tryouts, ensure you are in the best possible shape to DOMINATE!

    Pre-season Speed & Agility
    Training Programs
    · Who: ALL student-athletes wanting to get BETTER!
    · What: 5 week,10 session XPE Winter speed & agility program designed to improve flexibility, mobility, speed, agility & explosion- PREPARE YOU FOR TRYOUTS!
    · Note: This is not the same program Champions Baseball Academy student-athletes are participating in currently with McClure Sports on Saturdays & will compliment current training
    · Note: ALL McClure Sports programs are open to ANY & ALL interested athletes
    · When:
    · Group #3- Tuesday & Thursday from 645-745pm starting Tuesday 1/31/12 and going thru Thursday 3/1/12
    · Group #2- Mondays & Wednesdays from 730-830pm starting Monday 1/30/12 and going thru 2/29/12, Friday night session from 730-830pm starting 2/12/12
    · Note: Each group limited to 16 student-athletes. Another group can be added if interest level warrants
    · Note: You can sign up for half of the program, i.e. train once per week if needed
    · Where: Champions Baseball Academy; 10229 Rodney St # A, Pineville, NC 28134-8617. In the “speed warehouse”
    · Why: To get better physically, mentally and to improve Speed, Agility, Explosion, Flexibility & Muscle Recruitment. To develop students into better athletes more prepared for the start of baseball or spring sports
    · Cost: $10/session or $100/student-athlete. Athletes can “try” the first session to decide if it the right “fit” for them. Payment plans available
    · Bring signed waiver & payment to training. Make checks payable to McClure Sports
