Wood Myers to Tar Heels!

    2013 graduate and top-tier middle-infield prospect Wood Myers recently committed to the University of North Carolina. The left-handed hitting offensive catalyst helped lead the DIRTBAGS to the IMPACT World Series title in 2010 and recently shined at the IMPACT Futures Game.

    Congratulations to Wood! He lives about 3 minutes from UNC's campus so his parents can see him play all the time.

    :biggrina: Congratulations Wood! I've had the oppertunity to watch Wood the past few seasons and I can say without a doubt that nobody plays as hard on the field, or works harder off the field than Wood Myers. A true 5-tool player that plays the game the way its supposed to be played. Carolina's getting a great addition to their team! Congrats to Steve and Beth you've raised a fine young man on and off the field! We're all proud of you Wood!
