    The mom

    Always told my players, as well as my two sons. Two things you can "always" take care of: attendance and homework. What makes a good student is one that is always in attendance and has his/her work done and makes that conscientience effort. They may not make a great grade on a test, but they can show that they have heart, just like they do on the field when they make that diving catch, or sacrifice bunt. :xyzthumbs
