    You Bet

Heck ya Wossa. I raised mine on wiffle ball. All the neighbor hood kids came to our house and played wiffle ball on our lot. I have to admit I was the biggest kid out there. One of my sons buddies lives on a culdesac and they play this hybrid version of what I think you are talking about.

Yeah there are many of us I bet that are still passing the torch.

Got one for ya. Did you ever play home derby with a broom stick and rocks? We had this place where you could hit rocks over the wires and into a field. You tossed it up and hit it. Depending on which wire we going for determined the HR.

Hitting rocks with broom sticks. It was easy at the time. Note the rocks where no bigger than the width of the broom stick. Lots of fun.

Fast forward 20-30 years later. Mine is trying to hit wiffle balls over some wires.

I'll bring my team against anyone in NC and we haven't played in about 4 years. We had our own field and almost started a little league here in Hickory. Anytime you want a little bit Braves, just remember it don't cost nothing! lol!

We took Wiffle Ball to an extreme growing up. We had set teams with "contracts" and even made Wiffle Ball cards with the Polaroid Instamatic, complete with our stats on the back. A handicapped boy in the neighborhood kept a meticulous book with accurate stats. Great memories!
