    Breitenstein adds two more scores in the first half, giving him 7 TDs in Watauga's first 6 quarters. Derek Smith became the first non-Breitenstein to reach the promised land with a TD reception. All of Watauga's scoring came in the second quarter.

    Mighty Pioneers 2-0 for the first time since 1999.

    Mooresville took the opening kick-off and proceded to self destruct while on their way to another butt kicking, courteousy of the Davie Co. War Eagles. High snaps, interceptions and penalty flags haunted the Blue Devils the entire game. Couple that with an extremely talented Davie Co. team and you have a recipe for disaster. Credit Davie Co. for playing a well coached and expertly called game, taking advantage of every Mooresville miscue. Mooresville trailed 35-7 at the half. Davie Co. is an extremely well coached football team. They are talented and are going to be a force to be reckoned with this season. Mooresville must now re-group and, for the love of God, stop killing themselves with mistakes.

    the game was even uglier than the score would indicate. I'm too pissed for words

    Ragsdale has a QB issue. Stupid mistakes, stupid penalties, no breaks.

    Central was a very beatable team - Ragsdale defense did great but the offense - :thud:
