Great afternoon for softball. I talked with coaches, players, parents, and friends. Very enjoyable afternoon. Lots of local talent on the UNCC team.
    Good job ladies.

A freshman (Katy Hackett, Mill Creek HS, Dacula Ga) pitched the first game.

Emily Jeffery (So)(Transfer from USC Upstate) (Butler HS Matthews NC) pitched second game.

Gina has pitched 3 games this year.

I think after Sat. games Serena is the leading hitter at UNCC this year. She went 7 for 9? in those 2 games. BTW the first game went 8 innings.
