    I understand that Coach Myers will be moving on to Auburn. Some pretty impressive names have applied for the position.

    That would be Head Coach Matt Myers who is moving on to Auburn. Assistant Coach Stewart is applying for the Head Coaching job, and was recomended by Matt. I hope he gets it. I've heard of a couple of others applying as well. He'll need to find a pitching coach.

    I am sorry to see Matt go, but wish him all the best. Auburn is really lucky to get him.

    Oops...good catch Mom...obviously, I had Coach Stewart on the brain:D. He would be an excellent choice and make for a smooth transition.

    Coach Stewart would be an excellent fit for the job. All of the players get along and respect him. It is rough though, as a pitcher there, to lose your pitching coach, I hope whoever they hire knows as much as Coach Myers did about pitching.

    I know of a good pitching coach that will be applying for that position. He is waiting to see who the HC will be first.

    I just got a call today that Coach Stewart was officially announced as the new head coach of UNC-Asheville baseball. :applause:
