    Effective date 4/1/2010... all before will not be re-certified...

    Simple explanation....

    1. Graduate High School.
    2. In the case of Div II, you can play in a competitive team environment,
    where they keep score, have uniforms, possibly have some members
    being paid, for up to one year, prior to enrolling as a freshman at a Div
    II college.
    3. enroll at a Div II college before the year end. (most of those effected on this board will just play the summer before, IE travel ball)
    4. All is good....

    Once you are certified... no more problems
