I know this is next level stuff but I hope it's ok to pay tribute to my dd Meredith who just graduated from college and completed her college softball career. I appreciate all the hard work and sacrifice she has made over these many years and for always hustling and giving 100%. She played for Tommy Hewitt at Anderson University. We enjoyed every second of her time there. Some may know her and others probably will not. I am so very proud of her and sad to see her playing days come to an end. Enjoy every minute watching your child play this great game cause it ends all too soon. She ended up her career in the conference tournament this year were she was 7-15 with 2 game winning home runs (1 walk off) and 3 2b's driving in 10 runs and scored 5. She had an outstanding career at AU both on the field and in the classroom. Thanks for allowing me this opportunity to say thanks to my dd! I wish all the best to those just beginning their college careers.

Charlie that means a lot coming from you. You may remember Mere when Greg and I coached that group of girls with the Lookouts. Your advice has always meant a lot to us.

    Congrats!

Both yourself and your daughter should be VERY proud.

I wish her the best in her future and hope the memories of her days on the dirt give her a smile every time she remembers :)
