    Pre-Season Pitching Clinic​


    Come perfect your pitching skills for 4 weeks in preparation for next baseball season! Focus for the Clinic will be:

    1) Throwing Routine
    2) Mechanics
    3) Proper fastball and Change-up grips
    **13-up will also cover strength and conditioning to prepare for the season


    Location: Showcase Baseball Academy: (12857 East Independence Blvd, “SUITE J” Matthews, NC 28105)

    Dates: Dec. 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

    Time: 12 and Under 6:30-7:30.
    13 and Up 7:30-8:30
