    I'm always curious when these situations occur. I never condone any drinking and driving, but the law of legal amounts of alcohol have always confused me.

    It was just a few years ago that they were at .12, so Tony would have been sent home. He blows a .09..ok..but what's the difference between an .08.

    The point is either there is "no" drinking and driving or lower the limit to cover one's "yesterday's party"...but to differentiate between an .08 and .09? I don't know how they could arrive at the arbitrary number.

    Braves Announcement- I don't drink alcohol (well...let me say rarely) I sampled Original's Swamp Juice one time, but I thought it was kool aid
