Thank you TBR for your help

On behalf of Coach Wade and the Kinston HS baseball program, he would like to say:

I would like to thank every one of you for your kindness and generosity towards the Kinston Baseball program. Words can not begin to express how much this means to me and all of my boys. All of the equipment; from gloves and mitts to bats and shoes, will hopefully generate some enthusiasm into a program that only had 20 kids total tryout for varsity and jv combined in 2009.

I will keep you guys updated on our progress throughout the year on TBR. Thank you and God Bless.

We will post the pictures of the team in their new uniforms when the season starts. For those that have participated in helping this deserved team, you have no idea how much you have affected the program. I hope you understand the feeling the players will have when instead of wearing 10 yr old uniforms with yellowed pants...they will be wearing new pin striped pants and vested jerseys. As my old friend Ricardo Montalban used to say, "If one feels good, one plays good"

I know that Coach Wade is sending out individual thank you's, but I'd like to say a special thanks to:

I'm sorry if I have left someone out, but some went directly through Coach Wade. There is another gentleman whose son attends Grace Academy who donated a bat bag, shoes, glove and catcher's equipment, but I no longer have his information. But he knows who I'm talking about, so thank you very much.

There are still others who have pledged to help. Coach Wade still needs bats (including wood bats for the fall), cleats and any field maintenance equipment.
