Thanks so much for saying I am organized, my wife may differ, Ha Ha!

Anyway, I am sending the information out to over 75 coaches from five states and Lee Swanson is using his relationships to pull the coaches to the Abbey. I will be disappointed, if most of the CVAC and SAC Coaches are not there, as well as GWU, UNCC, UNC-G, Elon, UNC-W, ECU, Furman, USC-U, UNC-P, USC, WCU, Longwood, UNC, NC State.

The key is providing them with quality college prospects to evaluate, if we do that, the coaches will continue to support these events. **All U travel coaches, get the girls excited and out to the Abbey for the most efficient way for college coaches to see their skills.

All of U have a very blessed Holiday season!!!!!

Campers have already contacted me, I think eight have committed and some checks are already here. Better get on board for this event before all space is gone. Remember, we have to limit the numbers as it is only one session for position players and one short session for pitchers and catchers. Coach Lee Swanson is working hard to make this a big success. Update

Ok guys all of U that told me U would come to the Showcase, I need your profiles and money to start flowing or at least a promise of both to hold a spot. So far, the money has been slow but promises very high. We are limiting the Showcase numbers to assure plenty of exposure. Send me your profiles and just give me a date when U think U can pay the $100.

We have over a half dozen coaches committed already and feel we will have over a dozen at the Showcase.

I know it is the holiday season so we can hold off till January to pay if needed.

Must have your profiles and money no later than January 14, 2006 to assure U are in the profile booklet! I will accept entries after that date if any openings are left but can not assure U will be in the booklet. RET
