    saw this in the NYT today, a mental approach to sports performance:

    S C O R E...

    S ==> self-disipline

    C ==> concentration

    O ==> optimism

    R ==> relaxation

    E ==> enjoyment

    notice, there's no "thinking"... its just a building block process based on "doing"
