Schedule chages due to rain

    The Olympic and East Meck Varsity game will now be played @ 4:30 with the jv matchup following.

    .......well, the players took the field a few minutes early, we skipped the intro and the national anthem too.
    then a light rain began to fall and they covered the mound and home plate.
    then we waited.
    then they took the tarps off, then the players took the field again.
    then they left the field again.
    then they covered the field again.
    after about 20 minutes and two ump/coach meetings the game was called. by the time i got to the truck it had quit raining and the pavement was dry underneath. i know its a tough call but DANG IT! i hate it for the Ktown fans that came over only head back home. its kind frustrating for everybody i guess.

    the game will be played tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7pm.......weather permitting. have a nice day....... :banginghe
