Power and Speed seperates the men from the boys in baseball. I do not care how many elite travel teams you play on or how many showcases you attend. If you do not know how to improve your power and your speed, if you do not know how to develop the secrets of baseball skill then you will not reap the benefits of playing while in school and beyond.

On December 27, at Elizabeth City State University, The Good Citizens Foundation and Performance Protocol will conduct the First Power and Speed Seminar for baseball. The event will begin at 2:00PM and the secrets of power/speed development will be provided.

In addition, there are 25 basic skills within the game of baseball that make the difference between the average player and the warrior player. This event will also provide these secrets to all who attend.

This event is for scholastic, collegiate, and professional athletes. Coaches and parents are encouraged to come and soak up the information. The cost is $125.00, and sponsorships are available. Sponsors can provide assistance to those in need by making contributions to the Good Citizens Foundation which is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization.

Information/registration can be obtained by contacting Frank Fulton at 434 489 4544 or via the email at [email protected].

This seminar is the first of a series of events that will be conducted throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region and overseas for the 2010 season.

    Power and Speed Seminar Question

Will there be anything available for softball athletes? The answer to this very important question is YES. We just need to find the right group and location because this program is so dynamic that it crosses over into every athletic discipline. It is backed by years of research from the biomechanical field of study, it has been applied to many other sports, and now it is turning the heads of the traditional training mentality within the global community of athletics.

If there is any softball interest please have them call as well or send email to [email protected]. In addition, I will be traveling to Germany next month to make presentations of the power and speed program to players and coaches. North Carolina is a lot closer and I would welcome the opportunity to speak to the softball programs around the state.
