    Glad to be here....would be great to see a series with Caldwell and Cherryville. It don't get any better than that. Caldwell got washed out last night at Mint Hills stadium. They will travel back down tonight for game three....I was looking forward to seeing some fireworks on the fourth in Caldwell County. Messed my plans up. But all is good. Its a dog fight with Mint Hill....they are trying to act like Cherryville...their testing Caldwell's patience...LOL

    They lost on Friday night but won the series on Saturday at East Lincoln. They move on to face the Gastonia Braves Tonight with the series starting at South Point! I see where Caldwell scored a bunch of runs last night to advance to the next round. Who they got?

    Post 100 falls to Gaston 12-2 in 7 innings. They play tomorrow at Cherryville. Ugly game tonight.

    Post 100 drops game two to Gaston last night in another dominant performance from the Braves pitching staff. They are solid from 1 to 9 with the sticks as well.

    Post 100 falls to Gaston 5-1 last night at South Point. Gaston wins the series 3-0. Cameron High pitched a dandy game for Cherryville but the Braves pitching was better again. This is the first time since 2004 Post 100 has not atleast made it to the semifinals in Area IV.

    And for all the folks that think the Post 100 fans are bad (and it may be earned at times) I would give you the Gaston Braves as an example of some folks who just dont get it.

    Sumo...don't you know by now, that everybody loads their guns when Cherryville comes to town...coaches, players and fans...even the ball boys and field crews...LOL...
