Since there will be very few games playing the next few days, I thought I would display our first TBRPreps Classified Ad.Stretchy bought the very first one and he wanted it to be BIG. I mean The Big Show big.

He said, 'Braves, I've got some family property that has been part of the family for a long time. It's been unoccupied for years, so I can make a great offer." Well, you know Stretchy. The man has more money than his brother, Richard Branson-Sarmiento.

I said, "Stretchy, people are not buying homes right now. There is no way you'll be able to sell one on TBR"

Stretchy looked at me with those trusting Columbian car salesman eyes and said, "Not even an 8 BR mansion for 100 Grand?"

Holy cow! I didn't believe it, but Stretchy has a mysterious past and he always surprises me. He furnished me the address, then I raced home with my heart racing and my head sweatin'.

"Heck with TBR, I'm buying a mansion."

I told my wife to hurry up and pack. "you have 4 hours to move", I said, as I raced out the door to claim Stretchy's Latin American Villa. "And don't forget to pack the hammocks."

As I was approaching my new Casa Sol Braves, I noticed it didn't exactly travel through the (how shall I say it) "trendy" area. After rounding the bend of a dirt road and witnessing a slew of rust...err..older model cars, I was shocked and awed at what I witnessed. I called my wife and in my most conciliatory voice said "Hi baby....I've got some good news and some bad news......"

Anyway, the mansion is now back on the market and at a great price. After paying Stretchy an unbelievable low ball price of $300,000, I'm willing to take the loss and I am offering it at $200,000...and it comes with instant tenants (Stretchy's in-laws). I couldn't get them to move, but they are willing to chip in sometimes with the food and they keep the riff raff away.
If you notice, the picture is a little fuzzy. I had to take this picture from 3000 yards away. I think somebody thought I was the FBI
