open or closed practices?

    In general, for college sports such as baseball or softball, do you allow parents and others to watch practices or do you prefer to keep it closed?

    UNC's baseball practices are closed, and I'm a supporter of the practice. Division I teams have a great deal to accomplish, and they need to be able to do so without the distraction of parents in the stands. To compensate, most intra-squad scrimmages are open to the public.
