    the east burke achs var. game at 4 today will be played monday. the jv game starts at 5 and var. to follow.

    achs beat east burke 12-2. freshman jessica childers gave up 2 hits and 11 k`s. jordan poarch and brittnay loudermilt had 3 hits each meg chapman and patty klaver had 2 each. in the jv game ac won 16-0. freshman jennie harrington had 9 k`s and 2 gave up 2 hits.amanda jones chelsea brown and harrington each had 2 hits. with the win the var. team goes to 6-0 3-0 in conf. and the jvs are 4 -0 ,3-0 in conf. next up friday at freedom.

    Freedom 7-0 over South Caldwell. It don't get any easier. We have Mcdowell, AC Reynolds and Alexander coming up. Our hitting is terrible. We have been shutout 3 or 4 times already this year. Maybe we should just bunt?????

    Ashley Hasson- 2nd shut out in conference, 3rd in last 4 games. Allowed 1 run yesterday. Freedom hit the ball hard tonight- McKee with a couple hits, B. Harrell with a couple, big sister Ashley Harrell a couple hits including a homerun to CF. Very good defense played tonight by Freedom.

    Alexander 6-0 # 7 ranked tean in the 4A poll @ Freedom ( 7-0 # 9 ranked team in 4A) on Friday
    JV's 4:30- Varsity- 6:30
