    I'm hoping tonight's game between McDowell and Freedom has been the proper wakeup call for McDowell...terrible transition defense allowed Freedom to stay with two points at the half. Then with the score 51-42 after three quarters, McDowell finally laid the nail in someone's coffin by going on a 13-0 run to quickly put the game out of hand. Also McDowell continued to make life rough for Ali Ford...who scored only 14 points.

    Reynolds sure didn't play like they did friday night against MHS. I think Kurie scored 20 in the second half and Jessica carried the Lady Titans in the first half. A good win tonight.

    You know going into the tourney I was really looking forward to the East/Reynolds matchup and I was wondering why Reynolds had lost to them twice? Well it took about two possessions to find out why, the Lady Rockets struggled offensively against the aggressive style that East Burke uses. They (Reynolds) never got in any rhythm the entire night.


    Just a heads up on friday...since Reynolds and Freedom both loss I believe Reynolds and Freedom will have to play each other on friday to determine the playoff seeding? Somebody know if I am correct?

    Congrats to the Lady Cavs.:fan_wave2:
    NO ONE (except EB fans) thought they would make it this far in the conf. tournament. I look forward to a great championship game.
    Will All-Conf. and POY be announced Fri. night?

    Maybe I am blind... but I haven't seen any scores from last night.... Anyone have them???? MAke it in LARGE PRINT so I can see them. lol

    Well, East isn't up there, but they won, I think 60-53. Regardless, it's McDowell vs. EB for the championship.

    I don't think All-Conference selections are revealed for another week or two...their should be an all-tourney team and tourney MVP friday night.

    All-conference cannot be released until the last NW4A team is out of the state playoffs.
