Nortwestern 4A summer updates

    I have an update on a couple of Northwestern players and what is happen with them this spring and summer. Ryan Hardgrave is having a good AAU showing and is continually working hard. Cody Shuffler I think is the one that is making a big wave on the AAU circuit. He is playing for the Carolina Raptors and is playing a big guard/small forward. I know their team won the Kingswood Classic in Texas and is playing this weekend in the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions. I have heard many Divison I's are interested and some have made offers. He will be fun to watch next year in 4A (if he's at East Burke) May be off to prep school?????

    the burke patriots aau team has also had a pretty godd showing. won all the tournaments they've entered. Kincaid has been amazing

    yeah the burke patriots are doing pretty good they came in 2nd this past weekend in the Great Smokie Shootout...what D1 teams are recruiting Cody?

    I know of NC State, West Virginia & Davidson. I hear there
    are others. I went to Bob Gibbons this weekend and he
    got very little playing time. (Maybe an injury) I did see
    a good article of him in Pack Pride where State was watching him.
    I hear he is a great student 4.0 - I wish him the best.

    I was at Mars Hill Sunday and watched the Burke Patriots play against the Atlanta All-Stars. Ethan Kincaid and Sam Ford was shooting lights-out in the first half.

    FHS competed in the East Lincoln ang East Burke camps with a record of 9-1

    besides being impressed with Kincaid and Weatherman i was impressed with the growth of the patriot's role players as well.
