    Hi Folks,

First of all thanks for all of the great advice ya'll(you all) have given all of us and me for sure. Here is yet another request.

Im setting up a winter throwing program for 3 local HS's. I have my own ideas on what to do but would really like to hear what ya'll have to say. I really want to put together a great winter throwing session this year.

    Please advise.

If you have not already, look into the Jaeger throwing program. Basically a structured long toss program, with rubber tubing exercises, and a strong focus on the mental side of throwing. I started my son on this program about 2 months ago and he has increased his distance 40 plus feet in long toss, he velocity has also increase 7-8 MPH on the fastball. The best part is no sore arms. We also have a core workout he does 2-3 times per week with sprints. After a long toss session he generally jogs 15-20 minutes to get the blood following throughout the body, pumps the waste out of the muscle and the good fresh stuff in. He is only 14 but works really hard.
