    Lenoir Rhyne once again hosting the D2 regionals in hickory.

    rd1 friday
    Augusta State 7-2 over Armstrong Atlantic State
    Lenoir-Rhyne 3-1 over Mars Hill

    rd2 saturday
    LR 16-4 over Augusta State
    Mars Hill 7-4 over Armstrong State - AS eliminated
    Augusta State 3-2 over Mars Hill - MH eliminated

    rd3 Sunday
    LR vs Augusta State 11 am
    LR vs Augusta State 130 if neccesary

    Lenoir-Rhyne junior shortstop Kat Rivers (Royston, Ga.)(above), the 2010 South Atlantic Conference Player Of The Year, hit two home runs including the game-ending three-run round-tripper in the bottom of the sixth inning. Rivers also finished with five runs batted in and became the school's all-time leader in career home runs with 34.
