    the Wolfpack lost 2-0 and just couldnt score with runners in scoring position ....Shania pitched well and BP looked sharp, not to mention ME's shiner from Fridays game. :applause: for this Starter program at NC STATE

    Sherry Lail, RS Central, P/of, FR, didnt play but she is ready and gets a huge shout out from moi' and our Rutherford County TBR members :banana:

    Shania grabbed up 4 RBI's tonite against E. Illinois. She hit a home run in the 1st with 2 on, and a solo HR in the 5th. Speaking of Miranda's shiner, the whole team is beat up pretty well. They have had some tough games lately.

    I watched several games today and I think ETSU and Texas A&M-CC are two
    of the best teams there. Going to be some tough games Sunday. CFBall did Shania not start the game with Ohio State? They have Erura listed as the LP.

    ETSU is tuff and watched the NCSU/OSU game and yes Shania pitched well and started, no clutch hitting when they had the runners on!! Talked with the twins Dad and got lost in conversation afterward that 2pm game. Talked with EnkaJet and his group of players he brought down to Rock Hill during a couple of innings and limited myself to watching The Pack today!!
    Sorry i missed you and Jet slipped out to feed his team before any of them could committ to STATE............:p

    EnkaJet......great bunch of players you have and i am sure you are proud of those NUTS!!!!! Where did you end up feeding that crowd?

    Paul, thanks for the 8pm game report and i they are beat up and the spelling on the last name stunk and its a great beginning for NC State, dont you think after all these years they have been without?

    Cant go Sunday, practice but do report back on the games you witness and your thoughts!

    Final Day @ Rock Hill Tournament

    NC State won both of their games today.

    NC State 8
    St. Johns 2
    WP: Shaina Ervin

    NC State 8
    Akron 5
    WP: Sims

    NC State won 4 out of 6 games in the tournament. Not bad for an all freshmen team!

    When I left Texas A&M-CC was leading Ohio State in the undefeated teams bracket. The last game to be played.

    CFBall, We had a great time. We were down watching Miranda Byrely play for ETSU, she is one of our coaches this summer. We watched the whole game between N.C. State and OHio State. Great game. The second baseman for OHio State was a blur. Too bad she didn't get on but the one time...not too bad for the wolfpack but the players on my traveling team were rooting for her. She could absolutely fly on the bases.
    Where did we go eat? which time? lol...We ended up going to Ci-Ci-s pizza or something like that for dinner. We finally headed back home around 7 or so that evening. CFBall, you going to be in spartanburg on saturday for the belmont/uscs game?

    yes was Fast and the Pack just couldnt sting a couple hits together, Shania Pitched well though. Sorry i missed the farewells to you and that great bunch of players with you but was talking with the Twins Dad and you know the rest?
    I will be there for the BAC/usc-spartanburg game!
