    GREAT ARTICLE in the Statesville Record and Landmark on my HERO Kendyal Waugh and her amazing comeback...........COMEBACK you say she told me the other day or should I say ask me the other day "When was I sick " then kinda winked at me.......choked me up when she said that. Kenydal if you read this always know that you are and will always be MY HERO !!!!!!!!!!!

    .... on a Super young lady. She was an inspiration to the Cobras last yr on their run to the nationals. Sure am glad my DD has had the opportunity to be one of her teammates. Good luck in all your future endeavors Miss Kendyal !! Can't wait for Cobra Ball this season, gonna be a blast !!!:N1yeeaah:

    Learned a great deal from this brave young lady! Hey she has a couple of special parents that gave her huge support and a will that was second to none. Kendyal best to U for the future this summer and at L/R, give those parents a big hug for me as I truly consider them friends. I look forward to seeing U on the field this summer.

    I do not know this player personally, but have seen her around and she always carries herself very well. Awesome article and so happy to see she is doing so well. Kind of hard to let the little things on a team come between you when you have a lady like this to remind you what's important and what leadership means.

    She is the greatest kid that I know including my own DD, this kid faced death, and now has resurrected not missing a lick..she is truly a champion !!

    Best of the Best...

    This young lady is the Best of the Best! Her family is also the Best of the Best! Very glad that Kendyal came through the storm and can continue her life! She is an example of a champion! A lot of young people could learn some serious lessons from her!

    VERY happy she is doing better. I was very worried about her when she was diagnosed, but I knew she would fight it. I was so glad to read about her and I will save it like the other article about her in the past. I'm fortunate to meet a person like this chicka, played with her, against her and everything. I LOVE YOU KENDYAL!!! Played great when we played ya'll. You will fight anything that comes in your way.

    I am soooo happy for you Kendyal, so happy that is brings tears to my eyes.
    Now that's a true ball players to play all summer when she was so weak.
    It brought tears to my eyes every time I watched you play because you could see the determination that you wasn't going to let it get the best of you.
