    California does have the strongest team........but.......I've seen a lot of strange things happen when playing in a Championship game. Go Morganton!!!!

    The comment wasn't about whether QCB bothers me, it was about standing up for some kids who had a dadgum good run. If what QCB said about those kids doesn't bother somebody - well, we just have a different outlook on life.

    Glad you asked:

    #1. in the same breath that QCB took the cheap shot at the kids (after one of his infamous losing bets) he went on to say he supported the K/E pres ticket (his view of a "winning" bet I suppose)... so he brought it up and I'm making note of it because it is so ironic that

    #2. in the same way Edwards turned his back on his NC constituents to run for pres after being elected to the Senate, QCB turned his back on some kids from NC in an attempt to grab the show's spotlight. Birds of a feather stick together so they say.

    But we digress because the kids from Morganton did great and experienced something that few 12 yr olds will ever have an opportunity to. They represented Morganton, the state and the SE region superbly!:applause: :applause: :applause:

    My hat's off to Morganton, they have had a heckuva run, and from what I have seen on TV, are really good kids too. I am sure you guys out there can certainly attest to that!!

    What Morganton achieved is unbelievable. They have taken a town and state...lifted it on their shoulders and made us darn proud of them.

    The team has also given us a player who at this time is probably as well known as Kerry/Edwards and certainly more than QCB......." Biscuit"....he needs an agent:D

    I suppose so.

    If your so against QCB or Hayseed for what they said , then your against the whole show because it's scripted and approved by WFNZ , Packer , Norwood and the whole bunch there.

    It's all about you getting pissed off and get you to listen and talk about WFNZ. It's a scam and you bought into it.

    BTW: i was all for and very proud of the kids that played .. I'm sure they will never forget what they accomplished this year.

    to last a life time yet just one of many in their baseball careers as this experience will help push their hearts and efforts even closer to the game!!!!!The game itself to strive to excel at every level they continue to advance thus realizing MANY MANY other great memories they will have on the BASEBALL FIELD for years to come!!
