    we watched the game at work (ssshhhh). i thought the kids played well, got great pitching and those homers were shots. i'm mad because "bisquit" went hitless. i love this stuff.

    Maybe if they win this whole thing, Morganton will get a new claim to fame. Housing one of the state's biggest mental hospitals ain't as big-time as it use to be! :worried:

    QCB bashes Morganton LL

    It is a real shame that WFNZ sports radio lets the Kerry/Edwards supporter known as "the QCB" trash the Morganton LL All-stars. It isn't funny and it isn't humor. All TBR readers should let Mark Packer, the show's host and moderator, have an earful. It's happened the past several nights in the prime time drive home radio slot.

    Well, this country is supposed to be about free speech, so everybody out there needs to dust off the verbal shotgun and let the station have it! :teeth: :teeth: :teeth:

    Morganton looked very strong all week.....I've picked California to win it all since I've seen them play the first time on TV. I see a North Carolina upset over Texas in extra innings and a North Carolina/California rematch for the United States Championship

    If you let the likes of QCB or Hayseed bother you then you need to stop listening to that show.

    btw: what does supporting Kerry/Edwards have to do with this ?
