    I think that was only if Raffalo was the coach. He was going to help him with the transition and his lack of experience has a HC.

    But with the other guy, he won't. He'll help him if asked, but he will probably move on to another program as a "consultant". A position many coaches would love to have him assist....he won't be meddlesome and here is what makes him unique. Many at his age can't relate to the "new kids". The generation gap is too large, but not for Polk. His players all love him. He knows how to motivate the "young guys"

    stand corrected.

    you're right, he was referring to the asst coach that didn't get the HC job..... my bad.

    A wealth of knowlege!! If you havent read and implemented his book.... you're missing a plethora of knowlege!!
