    2010 MS South Piedmont Conference Champions

    JN Fries Lady Knights are the MS South Piedmont Conference Champions (Cabarrus County). The Lady Knights defeated the Harris Road Patriots 4 - 1. Going into the 6th inning, the score was 0 – 0. Sam Grazier hit a triple and Lexi Davis got on base with an error. Keleigh Romine stepped to the plate ripped several foul balls before hitting a 2 run double down the left field line. Chelsie Grazier came up next an hit a hard shot past second base driving in Keleigh. In the 6th inning Harris Road answered with 1 run, but their inning was ended by a great throw by Sam Grazier to Katie Thayer to tag the runner out at third. In the 7th inning, Hailey Smith was walked. Sam Grazier came to the plate and once again hit a triple to score Hailey Smith. Pitching for the Lady Knights was Keleigh Romine, who struck out 3 and allowed only 4 hits. Way to go Lady KNIGHTS!

    Way to go! Sounds like a nail-biter of a game with a great ending.

    two outstanding, hard working 8th grade Pitchers from Crest and Chase MS!!! true warriors..Macie Ollis and Dakato Reid respectively!

    Ollis out pitched Reid.

    hate you assumed that Fish. Work, teach and truely love each one of these two pitchers. My girls know...you might not but thats ok....brush yourself off on this one Fishpal!

    You say you love both of the pitchers, and I beleive you. But all of the rest of us in TBR land can't read your mind, but we can read into how and what you say.
