    Saturday Results

    Carolina Triad Cardinals 5 Triple Crown Baseball 3
    Ben Curry (2011) tosses 6 very good innings for the Cards

    Virginia Diamonds 10 Triple Crown Baseball 4
    Diamonds are a 16u Virginia State AAU Champions

    Bunn Wildcats and Carolina Blaze both go 2-0 at Louisburg
    Triangle Titans and Stafford Pistols both go 0-2 at Louisburg

    Play resumes at 9 am tomorrow at Louisburg College and the Rocky Mount Sports Complex as the Wesleyan College field is too wet

    Good weekend of Baseball

    Bunn Wildcats go 4-0 and Carolina Cardinals go 3-0 on the weekend to be co-champions.

    Cardinals shortstop Shelton Howard went 6 for 7 today and Zach Long had a walk off grand slam and a walk off single in both of the wins today.

    If anyone saw the Titans play, I'd be curious to know how they represented...especially on the mound.

    Must have pitched it well

    I did not see them play BUT they lost 2-1 in the bottom of the 7th inning to the Cardinals in the Championship game and I personally thought the Cardinals were a great team so someone must have pitched well for the Titans. I will try to get his name.
