    Please copy attachment and pass it around to anyone that you know of that would qualify for this scholarship. I'm sorry we are getting this out so late. It has been in the making for some time. Kendayl and I have talked about this for about a year now and hopefully this is something we can continue for years to come. We have had so much support, I can't start to name everyone, because I would leave someone very important out. We have met a lot of folks from down east, so you are included. We hope to have another tournament in the fall like last year. Without the support of this forum and the people who respond and support it, this would not be possible. Our family has met so many great people through softball and are excited that we will start seeing many of you in the next few weeks. Due Date: 8/1/08

    * Attach recent photo and official transcript
    * Write a short essay on “how overcoming cancer has led you to be the person you are today”

    ....I know you Guru and you have the very best interest in your heart for KDub. That being said, I've got to say that one of, if not the most kickass moments I've ever seen was when the barrel chested ump tried to sling his weight around, and told KDub that her scarf/whatever you want to call it that this sweet kid was wearing on her head.....was not "officiall". Classy as this kid is, she took it off, threw it down, and never looked back!!!!!!! I picked at her in the bleachers a little later that she was in my seat.......she politely moved over. WOW! This player, ...and I mean player, is touching us all without even knowing it....and all the while, smiling in the face cancer!!!!! Hands down, Kendayl Waugh rocks! Support in this effort TBR!!!
