Lost the first game to Grand Rapids (defending national champs... it was close for awhile until the relievers couldn't find the strike zone :( ) 11-4
Beat UCONN-Avery Point, 5-2 (Our pitcher, Jared Sutton tossed a complete game gem... he was on fire throwing 91 in the 9th)
Lost to Iowa Central, 3-1 (VERY close game, ended in a very heartbreakin way with 2 guys on and a guy getting picked off first in the 9th)

I think it is safe to say that I left Tennessee with a bitter taste in my mouth, we played well, but did not execute it the big situations... that is the most important thing to tournament baseball... Execution of the small things and finding ways to win.

But now, it's time to start workin' towards making it back next year. Plus, it's time for my last summer of legion ball.

LCC finished 34-17.. winning the D2 Region X Championship and East District Championship in Catonsville, MD. Went 1-2 in Millington, TN at the D2 JUCO World Series. Nothing to hang head's about. :applause:

Don't think so Braves... I think we are mainly playing a eastern schedule this year. Hope to see you in the playoffs though.
