Jimmy Creekmore dies

    Saw in the newspaper that Coach Creekmore had died at age 72.

    He was an asst baseball coach at S. Johnston HS back in the mid-late 70's; I am pretty sure (?) he also coached or helped a year or two with the Johnston County American Legion team back then as well.

    Anyone out there know Jimmy or have any baseball relationship with him? He loved the game and loved to "talk baseball".
