    not sure who this is, but me being a former student and baseball player at lake norman, im highly upset that you would come on a well known site to talk mess to the cross town rival. what a shame! it's people like you who give Lake Norman a bad name!

    It's anyone's conference. Looking like one of those years where 1st and 5th are separated by one loss and 2, 3, and 4 are all tied being separated again by head to head or other tie breakers.

    A lot of things get said on here because you can hide behind a screen name. I will be playing for Mooresville this year but I can assure you one person's comments aren't going to change the way I feel about Lake Norman's program. Top notch kids with top notch talent. We all have something to say; unfortunately, some of us don't know how to say it appropriately!

    On a let's change the subject note:

    If the conference were decided by votes, so far it would turn out something like this:

    Mallard Creek
    Hopewell
    Mooresville
    Vance (really?)
    Hough
    Lake Norman
    North Meck
    West Charlotte.

    I think the top is as close as anyone can predict. However, sticking with the quota above, my guess would be something a little more like this:
    Mallard Creek
    Mooresville
    Hopewell
    Lake Norman
    Hough
    North Meck
    Vance
    West Charlotte

    Then again, like I said above, it's literally a toss up from 1-6 this year...

    I believe the poll results above, unfortunately, are a mixture of last season's and this season's respondants. These aren't 2011 poll results.
