    Been scheduled this way for the last 35 years that i know about.

    seems the other teams didnt have this problem

    The other teams had more depth. Huntersville had a short squad all season. They didn't even have 18 for the regular season, much less 25 like most teams. Here's an short quip from the Huntersville Herald about the late season injuries. It was printed last week before the DQ.

    These guys have been battling injuries and lack of depth all season. It's tough to play when you are that short-handed, particularly a long, hard legion schedule. Whether they were DQ'ed or now, I have a lot of respect for these guys and what they accomplished with so few bodies.
