    it's amazin' the way HR's are now so commonplace in HS ball. I saw a team had hit 51 roundtrippers this season.

    good or bad for the game? I know it's a lot about metal bats, but is it also better / more training and year-round play?

    Home Runs are great fun for the game BUT they are not THE GAME. brains over muscle will win a lot more games.
