Hitting Clinic in Raleigh this Weekend

    Team TFS will be hosting a hitting clinic this Saturday, April 18th, from 2pm-5pm. The clinic will be run by Coach Michael Bastian.

    25 Years of FastPitch Softball and Baseball Coaching Experience.
    Coach USA National Softball Team.
    Head Coach Chinese National Softball Team.
    Head Coach National Professional FastPitch League.
    Head Coach NCAA Division 1 Softball.
    Clinician for The International Softball Federation.
    Owner operator of The FastPitch School.
    Coach Bastian has coached and trained some of the best pitchers and hitters in the world today.

    TOPICS OF THE CLINIC

    1. Hitting. The fundamentals explained. Combining the proper rotational and linear movements to your swing.

    2. Swinging versus Hitting. Understanding the differences between how to swing and how to hit! Organizing drills and training to teach both the proper swing and training hitters how to hit.

    3. 4 Keys of Hitting
    a. Rhythm and Timing
    b. Seeing the Ball
    c. Decision Making
    d. Swinging

    This clinic will be one of a progression that will continue each month for all those interested.
