    Who are potentially (considering tryouts go well) some of the Impact Freshman Players to watch for this year?

    Lexi Shupert Fred T. Foard. She is a P who throws mid 60's with movement.. Might be a interesting year for the TIGERS!!!

    Morgan Benson - pitcher and Jennifer Birch - ss, 3rd - will definitely improve the program at Independence.

    Ledford - Meg Everhart (SS/pitcher) and Ashley Best (Catcher/utility). Both are excellent athletes, hitters, and have cannons for arms!

    It Will Be Difficult !!


    It will be difficult to see any mound time with Junior Kristen Murphy at the helm. This kid is the real deal coached by the one and only "CHIEF" !!!

    Brooke Holcomb for South Brunswick High School, she has been playing 18U for the Carolina Gators Showcase Team for a 1 1/2 yrs., plays 1st base and Pitches. Tall girl 5'10" . Great 1st baseman, pitches in high 50's, very good hitter with power(412 Avg.for the year). She's young turn 14 in September. Coming in the High School season with alot of Wins. Last tournament of the year her team won Tournament of Champions (Rings Awarded) and top off with the 18U 2009 ASA/TOP GUN SC points champion. So, she ready to play Softball
