    hickory's got a good squad. we played there and lost 6-5 in 6 innings due to rain. i wish it woulda gone 9. i was somewhat dissappointed with their field, i was expecting a lot more.

    I thought I saw Thornburg's name on the roster of a team in the Coastal Plains league. Is he playing Legion too?

    i think i remember playin Thornburg in the Junior Olympics a couple years ago, and I saw he plays at Clemson University. When I heard his name announced durin the startin lineups the other night I was kinda shocked. I wouldn't think he would be playin Legion ball, but instead playin Coastal Plain, anyone got info? He is good.
