    It's always great to put a face and a name together...including "screen names!"

    For those who take in a college game from time to time, if you get a chance to see Charlotte play, you'll have a lot of fun watching right fielder, Adam Willard, hit the baseball! The New Bern native led the Forty Niners tonight with a 3-for-5 performance!

    I was also impressed with recent East Rowan alum, Spencer Steedley's outing on the mound. UNC's lineup has been on fire recently, and he handled their heat quite admirably.

    Thank you for the kind words.

    It is indeed great to now have a face to put with a name, and it was a pleasure meeting you and your wife.

    Tonight I got to see for myself what many of you in the Charlotte area already knew, that Robert Woodard is a talented young man, with an even brighter future! We will hear a lot more from this young man, this season and many more to come!
