Gold Friendly Invitation

    I know that this is during the high school season for NC and SC, but in case you have the ability for your team to play, I have openings for a few more teams for a Gold friendly to be held on the fields at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA March 14/15, 2009. All games will be played on the campus of GSU and around a home series they have with Appalachian State that weekend. We will play before and after their games. They have 2 fields plus their stadium we will be using. Teams may practice at a nearby recreational field if they do not want to watch the GSU vs Appalachian State games. You can use this weekend as spring training if you would like, play and practice, it is up to you. Each team will get at least 4 games and costs will be 1/2 umpire plus some field maintence costs for each game.
