Fall College Team Showcase Info

I want to remind everyone of the Southern Star Team Showcase in Savannah. While we did get some rain back in June, in late October, you need to be heading South to play, everybody knows that and the weather in Savannah the last 2 years has been much better than any place else to play above us.

Last year we filled up with 36 teams and had 32 colleges attend. We expect more teams to try and enter this year. College that have attended in the past are listed on the web site. We secured more fields, so we will be accepting up to 48 teams for this fall.

I know we had a good contigent of NC teams last year and I certainly hope you will entertain the thoughts of returning again this year.

Several teams from out of town have already inquired about Ghost Tours for downtown Savannah. (Lot of history and very good tours) You need to book those early. If you let me know when you sign up, I can get you in touch with the people to make it happen. Sorry but Minerva from the Movie just passed away. They say her ghost is settled in the Bonventure Cememtary where Jim Williams is buried.
