Elon hosts Tarheels in Softball today

    Elon hosts UNC today at 4:00 PM. The last 2 or 3 times these 2 have met the game has not gone 7 innings with UNC winning all of them. Elon is off to a fantastic start and their confidence should be high for this one. UNC is still one of the better teams in the country with 2 of the best pitchers in the ACC and perhaps the country.

    ....I agree. Elon must have a pretty good team as well......they won the game 1-0 today.

    I went over and watched this one...I just had a feeling that Elon was for real. Elon's pitcher kept UNC's hitters from getting the sweet spot of the bat on the ball. Elon vs App State this weekend should be a great SoCon match-up.

    OOOOHHHH YYYEEAAHH BAAAABEEEE!!!!!!!!!

    As the proud father of Ashlee Crewe, the only senior on Elons team this victory is really sweet. Elon has a great start this year 15-4 and the energy on the team is inspiring. Hopefully they will keep rolling.
