I am not sure where to post this thread so I will let you all decide. Here at Montreat we are in the process of putting together a JV squad or Development Squad which ever way you care to word it. I need some help from alot of travel ball coaches for there input with players that would fit this catagory. 95% would recieve some sort of athletic scholarship money along with academic and fed aid. We are looking for players who aren't quite ready, but have the potential to someday play at the next level. Some it may be there bodies aren't ready, others it may be mentality or just aren't mature enough to handle starting at the college level. I may not be able to see them all play, so I am asking for honest evaluation of talent. Feel free to contact me by email or phone. Just go to our website.

    Thanks Coach Swanson

Several Girls would fit that description at McDowell High and Freedom High that played very competitive travel ball for several years
