    Here are the CVAC standings for mens basketball as of Jan.10, 2008.

    Hickory 8-1 12-2
    Hibriten 7-1 10-3
    St.stephens 6-2 10-3
    West Caldwell 6-2 10-3
    Fred T. Foard 4-4 6-7
    Bunker Hill 3-4 6-7
    Bandys 3-5 5-9
    Patton 1-7 5-9
    Newton-Conover 0-5 0-9
    Maiden 0-6 0-11

    It was a wild week this week as Hibriten defeated Hickory Wednesday night to make it a tie for first, and Last Night St. Stephens defeated West Caldwell.
