Congrats to Northwest Cabarrus Middle ad CC Griffin Middle

Congratulations to Northwest Cabarrus Middle School on an undefeated regular season.

Also, Congratultions to CC Griffin for winning the end of the season tournament by defeating Northwest Cabarrus Middle School 5-3 today.

These are two great ball teams and I forsee some future high school rivalries.

It is hard to believe that my DD played her last middle school softball game today. The time flies by so fast. I can just hear myself say "We have a long time before we have to worry about high school and high school softball". I guess I can't say that too much longer. It just hit me today that my little girl (not that she has ever been too little) is quickly becoming a young lady. After the disappointing loss today, I just wanted to squeeze my Peanut (nickname given to her by TB teammates) and tell her how proud I am of her hard work and determination. She wanted to get to the baseball field next door and cheer for her "boy" friends. In a blink of an eye she will be picking out the college she wants to attend--- tonight I just want to hold on to middle school!!!!

Congradulations to both teams Northwest & CC Griffin, congradulations Katie on such a great season, look forward to seeing you play for the high school next year (trust me High Shcool goes by even faster!!) Keep your head up and keep striving forward, you are an impressive young lady!!
