    Congrats to the Cobras for dominating this past weekend in Statesville. I have to tell you, Megan Laxton and Jessica Childers were both beasts on the mound! A great team, great players, great parents! I talked with former coaches, players, and parents this weekend and enjoyed seeing some great ball.

    Also, congrats to the Piedmont Storm for finishing 2nd. Lots of talent there!

    I have to agree it was some good ball. On behalf of the Storm 14U congrats to the Cobras(AC). The Storm made it to the championship game by beating the Peaches 14U the Orange Crush 16U and the Storm 16U. The Cobras have a solid core of mature players and were the better team Saturday; the Storm played well scoring 4 runs and kept it a close game. It is always great to see and play good softball.

    Aren't you connected with Newton Conover High School?

    Who do I need to talk with about trying to get a game between them and South Iredell. I think it would be good for us to play this year seeing as next year we will be in the same conference.
